DR Groundworks Ltd specialise in groundworks for residential housing developments. We undertake full groundworks and civil engineering packages for developments ranging in value from £500k to over £10m. We work closely with developers to create a bespoke residential project, tailoring each site to the specific requests of our client. A large on and offsite workforce means we are able to take on developments of all sizes. Within each development we will install foundations, hard landscaping, domestic drainage, residential highways, earthworks, deep drainage, CCTV/jetting and service infrastructure. All site-specific challenges can be solved while maintaining high quality, cost effective solutions.

D.R groundworks undertake S278 and S38 schemes in a range of different complexity, including highway improvement projects and access roads for major residential schemes. We are approved and work closely with local highway authorities to produce new roundabouts, Highway junctions, pedestrian and Cycle access.
