Essential qualifications, SSSTS, NVQ level 2 in building related subject matter, CSCS to at least Skilled level in a relevant building trade, CPCS and NPORS accepted for plant operations.

Desirable qualifications, SMSTS, NVQ 3 and above in building related subject matter, 278 street works, Temporary works coordinator/supervisor and black/gold CSCS. TW Conversion Course if applicable.

Experience, Proven track record working for main house builders.
